Floating PoSSUMs!

And now we’re back! (But not from outer space)

The crews did experiments in Lunar and microgravity! Watch the upper right hand corner in the videos for the gravity level. 

In my flight I had a water based experiment from MIT. Aaron Persad, a post doc at MIT needed video of water being poured in lunar gravity. The first parabola was to acclimatize to Lunar gravity. You can see it here:

This week Project PoSSUM did Microgravity experiments this week at Canada's National Research Council's Ottawa facility. Testing Final Frontier Design's spacesuit and running multiple experiments. In these Lunar Parabolas I was responsible for doing an experiment from MIT.

For the first 3 microgravity flights I acclimated to microgravity. I also took video of the water from my Lunar experiment.

A successful and exciting mission! For me I learned a lot about parabolic flight, microgravity and especially my physiological response to both.
